Rino Consiglio has been with London Drugs for 35 years.
He began his career as a part-time employee on the night crew, stocking shelves, and quickly advanced into leadership roles, including Sales Supervisor. Over the years, he held management positions in 16 of London Drugs’ Lower Mainland locations.
As a Store Manager, he led four different stores, with a career highlight being his time at the North Vancouver location—recognized as the top sales store in the chain. During this period, he was also entrusted with additional responsibilities as a Zone Manager, supporting District Managers in areas such as store operations, HR, payroll, and inventory management. This role ultimately prepared him for his promotion to District Manager.
For seven years, he served as District Manager, overseeing operations for 14 stores across Edmonton, the Fraser Valley, and Squamish. Earlier this year, he was promoted to Tech Business Unit Manager, where his extensive experience in store operations continues to strengthen and support the broader team.
A strong believer in developing talent and fostering growth within the company, he remains committed to building exceptional customer experiences and supporting the success of London Drugs.
